How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching works best for people who are ready to make meaningful changes and want structured support along the way. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps, coaching can help bring clarity, accountability, and momentum.

How long does it take to see progress?

Business development is a long-term process, and many businesses benefit from coaching support for a year or more as strategies are implemented and refined.

Before beginning, you will receive a coaching proposal outlining your goals, priorities, and a projected timeline for the work ahead. This helps set clear expectations and ensures we focus on the most important areas of your business first.

The initial three-month coaching period allows us to begin implementing strategy and building momentum. From there, many clients choose to continue coaching as their business grows and new opportunities emerge.

What happens during a coaching session?

Each session is a focused conversation designed to help you gain clarity, identify obstacles, and create practical next steps. Depending on your goals, sessions may include reflection, strategy, problem-solving, and accountability for the actions you choose to take.

What makes coaching different from advice?

Coaching is not about telling you what to do. Instead, it is a collaborative process that helps you uncover your own insights, strengths, and solutions. The goal is to support you in making decisions that align with your values, priorities, and long-term goals.

What is the difference between the 3-month package and the monthly option?

The 3-month coaching package includes a 10% discount and is designed for clients who want consistent support over a longer period of time. The monthly option offers more flexibility but does not include the discounted rate.

Can I cancel my coaching package?

Clients enrolled in the 3-month discounted package may request cancellation within seven (7) days of the coaching start date. After that period, the package is non-refundable. Clients on the monthly plan may cancel at any time by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice.

What happens if I need to reschedule a session?

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the time to be offered to other clients. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

What if I miss a session?

If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session may be counted as completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. This policy helps ensure fairness and respect for reserved coaching time.

How do I request cancellation or make changes to my plan?

All cancellation requests or plan changes must be submitted in writing (typically by email). Once confirmed, your coaching schedule and access will be adjusted according to the terms of the policy.
