1. Services
In Good Company Business Studio provides business coaching, educational resources, and related digital content for entrepreneurs. Services may include one-to-one coaching sessions, programs, workshops, and digital materials delivered online unless otherwise stated.
All services are subject to availability and acceptance.
2. Eligibility
By enrolling in our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
You are purchasing services for personal or business use and not for resale
3. Coaching Engagement
Coaching sessions may be offered weekly or fortnightly depending on the agreed arrangement. Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support clarity, strategy, and progress in your business.
You acknowledge that coaching requires active participation and personal responsibility for implementing ideas, strategies, or recommendations discussed during sessions.
4. Payment & Pricing
We may offer the following payment options:
Three-Month Coaching Package
Clients may enroll in a three-month coaching commitment, which includes a 10% discounted rate in exchange for committing to the full term.
Monthly Payment Option
Clients may choose a monthly payment arrangement at the standard rate.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of coaching services.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Three-Month Coaching Package
Clients may request cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the coaching start date. If cancellation occurs within this period, a refund may be issued minus the value of sessions already completed.
After the fourteen-day period, the three-month coaching package becomes non-refundable due to the reserved coaching availability and discounted rate.
Monthly Payment Option
Clients may cancel their coaching arrangement by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice. During the notice period, scheduled sessions and payment obligations remain in effect.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through our website and coaching services—including written content, worksheets, recordings, digital resources, and program materials—are the intellectual property of In Good Company Business Studio, unless otherwise stated.
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or sold without prior written permission.
7. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to engage respectfully and professionally in all coaching interactions.
We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a client engages in harassment, abusive behavior, or conduct that disrupts the coaching relationship.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Our coaching services are educational and strategic in nature. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or income outcomes.
Business success depends on many factors including individual effort, implementation, experience, market conditions, and external circumstances beyond our control. Any examples, case studies, or discussions of potential results are illustrative only.
9. Recording Policy
Coaching sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed by clients without prior written permission from In Good Company Business Studio.
If sessions are recorded by us for internal or educational purposes, participants will be notified in advance.
10. Sharing of Materials
Program materials, worksheets, frameworks, recordings, and other resources are provided solely for the personal use of the enrolled client.
Sharing, distributing, reselling, or providing access to these materials to third parties is strictly prohibited.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is initiated in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend access to services and pursue recovery of the disputed funds, including any associated administrative or legal costs.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, In Good Company Business Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or participation in coaching services.
Participation in coaching is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
13. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
14. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith communication.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and resolved through the appropriate courts or dispute resolution mechanisms within that jurisdiction.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
