Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because coaching requires dedicated time, preparation, and reserved availability, clients are asked to consider their commitment carefully before enrolling.

Three-Month Coaching Package (10% Discount)
Clients who enroll in a three-month coaching package receive a 10% discount in exchange for committing to the full three-month term. Cancellation requests may be submitted within seven (7) days of the coaching start date. If cancellation is requested within this period, a refund may be issued minus the value of any sessions already completed. After the seven (7) day period, the three-month coaching package becomes non-refundable. This reflects the reserved coaching availability and the discounted rate provided for the three-month commitment. If a client chooses to discontinue coaching before the end of the three-month term, the remaining balance of the package remains due and payable.

Monthly Payment Option
Clients who choose the monthly payment option may cancel their coaching plan by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice. During the 30-day notice period, scheduled coaching sessions will continue as normal and payment obligations remain in effect. No refunds are issued for payments already processed.

Session Rescheduling
Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Written Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Upon confirmation of cancellation, access to coaching resources and scheduled sessions will be discontinued.

Clients are encouraged to discern carefully before enrolling, as coaching is designed to support meaningful progress over time.
